Can the GameSir X5 Lite mobile controller replace the Switch
I was looking for a way to play GeForce Now on mobile comfortably. After a quick browse on Amazon, I came across the GameSir X5 Lite for under £30. It has a nice matte black design with a USB-C pass-through so you can charge your phone while playing.
This controller works flawlessly with GeForce Now streaming app and also emulation via DuckStation and NetherSX2.
However, I do have two gripes with this controller. Firstly, the design is asymmetrical. Never been a huge fan of this format, and many other users online has expressed their frustration with a lack of symmetrical controllers.
My other issue I have is with the accuracy of the analogue sticks. Playing some first person games such as Skyrim or Warhammer 40K Darktide isn't great. For emulation though, the sticks work just fine.
